Meet Dan

I am extremely excited to commence in my role as the Centre Manager of this exciting new centre; it has been my career goal since I heard the project was underway!

My career in the Health and Fitness Industry began in 2003. I have held a range of middle and senior management roles across both the private fitness sector and council run Aquatic and Leisure facilities. Team culture, customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service to members / patrons and key stakeholders have been a primary focus. I have developed a strong passion for creating dynamic, non-intimidating and engaging environments for local community participation and I’m committed to providing strong leadership and direction to staff while providing continuous feedback on ways to improve the customer and staff member experience.

FAVOURITE FOOD - Homemade pancakes and any Cadbury Chocolate is my weakness. I also love Spaghetti Bolognese and sourdough bread (Basically all types of carbs will do the trick).
